This is one of very few sites I've come across that not only has a working phone number, but also provides the exact hours they can be reached! I was a little nervous because they don't give an estimate for shipping time on the site, but my fears proved unfounded, with my new Omega arriving in just 8 days.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?
I certainly have no intention of sending this lovely watch back, but their policy seems very accommodating. Even if the watch has no flaws but you decide it's just not right for you, you'll have two weeks to send it back for an exchange or refund.
